Hey, I am going to be doing a GSR swap to my hatch here soon. I have a JDM ITR header, and a JDM ITR Cat converter, What is a good catback for a decent price for my car? I was thinking maybe the apexi N1? please let me know your suggestions

i had the apexi n1 i liked it but a bit annoying at highway speeds. Wasn't a bad price either and didn't sound like a pissed off weedeater.

 

I for sure do not want to spend more than like 650 before shipping. I want one that will perform well and be made kinda for top end but that yonaka catback sounds kind of appealing for the price and stuff. noise is not my biggest thing though. I want best performance for the price.

Short answer (IMO): get a used Apex'I WS2 or Apex'I Noir, they pop on HT-Marketplace and Craigslist for $180-250 depending on conditions. The other option is to get the tubing kit from VRSExhaust (look at link in the post I linked above) and have a good muffler/exhaust shop weld it together for you.

i have a skunk 2 megapower on my ls hatch w/ gsr trans and its alright. Im not big on it rather just have a straight pipe but it sounds decent. its deep sounded not like a weedeater.

 

your best bet is to just get one pieced at an exhaust shop, cheap and doesnt look like your hauling a huge can in the back of your car, unless you like that look
