Default My 5 lug ek coupe.

I have a ITR 5 lug on my 97 civic and when I brake the front driverside wheel makes a clicking noise. It only does it when im slowing down, so im guessing its the bearing. If it is the bearing. What bearing could I replace it with? would a intgera bearing work?
