It looks like it connects to the charcoal canister and it's one that ultimately connects to...nothing. it looks like it connects to the left most stub on the cannister and then connects to hose 64, then hose 28, which looks like the drain tube on my 5th gen that just leads under the car and is vented to the atmosphere.
