Default FS/FT 2002 Wrx Wago

Potentially up for sale is my 2002 Midnight Black Pearl WRX Wagon.

Valid DMV NJ inspection until April 2012

[Overview]
I purchased this car in May of 2010 from the original owner whom is in his 40s and previously owned a plethora of turbocharged cars. In that time I've put on over 14,000 miles. Shortly after purchase it was brought to Precision Tuning to be looked over. A compression test was done done yielding perfect numbers of 160-165 across all four cylinders.

The car is currently stage 2 through an accessport V2 and an OTS 93 octane map. I have literally solely put premium from Shell stations. Im not kidding, I've put less than $40 of gas from other gas stations in this car and even then no wawa (**** 92) or like brands. Only have used shell rotella t6 5w40 for oil changes and only OEM subaru oil filters. I've done five oil changes.

Not knowing what direction I'm going in life and the upcoming maintenance of this car has me contemplating selling it.

I purchased the car with NO intent to sell, I love it and drive it every single day even in its current state. I bought it bone stock save for a K&N drop-in filter. Clean title (in hand) clean carfax.

Car likely will be parted out save for the uppipe. I have all stock exhaust. Buyer can negotiate for current on car extras in addition to a second set of 05 wheels on one season old Dunlop Wintersports snow tires, winter mats, roof rack and some other odds and ends.

I have a stack of all receipts from purchase including all paperwork on the trans, timing belt, etc - I have the original window sticker and I have saved all my paperwork as well (receipts from Precision, parts I purchased, etc) I also have a spreadsheet of maintenance records from the original owner that breaks down what to replace, inspect, etc.

For what its worth I will say I do drive the car spiritedly every day, but by no means is it beat on. No lightning shifts, no clutch drop launches, no funny business. I dont even like to redline it, truthfully. I usually shift at 6k. No codes, cleared or otherwise.

Car is quiet, comfortable and a sleeper to the police. 20% tint all around, no front plate and a blacked out rear no tickets that I didnt deserve.

[Engine]
Original internally stock EJ205
Perrin catless non-flex uppipe
Invidia V2 bellmouth catless downpipe with EGT gauge tap
Maddad 3-2.5" catless midpipe
Prodrive axleback
All grimmspeed gaskets used, X2 if applicable

Turbo was replaced with a stock td04 out of an 05 I believe that had 47,000 miles on it. I still have the stock one and it has ZERO shaft play in any direction, just the seals were going bad and it would smoke sometimes so I had it replaced when the exhaust was put on. Precision Tuning did the work.

[Transmission]
Original 5MT with factory short shifter New 1st and 2nd gears at approx 90,000 miles by Subaru, new clutch installed.
Current clutch is good, no chatter/slips/otherwise

[Suspension]
Stock
Whiteline quick release rear strut tower bar

[Brakes]
Stoptech stage 2:
Stainless steel brake lines
Slotted rotors front and back
Hawk HPS pads

[Interior]
All stock except for 16? piece "carbon fiber" kit. Kinda like the OEM subaru but much nicer and not five pieces.
Stock b00st gauge that reads in mpa
Extended armrest
Rear cupholder from a Forester I think

[Audio]
Factory 6 disc in dash CD player w/ OEM subwoofer

[Exterior]
JDM STi hoodscoop
2005 WRX wheels rattlecanned gunmetal with good tread Bridgestone Potenza something that escapes me right now...will update.
****afrontplate mod.

[Exterior Description]
Normal (yet less than expected) paint wear on the bumper/hood. I've seen 05/06 subarus with much, much worse pit due to the thin paint. All body gaps are tight, no accidents from my understanding. There are two dings on the drivers side, two more on the hatch aaaaaaand a nice dent that exposed metal on the passenger rear door that was a result of road rage and a tire iron. Dont ask...or do. The dings are dings and the dent is a dent. No dancing around words here.

[Interior Description]
Very clean, minimal wear all around. Previous owner did not smoke and I do not either. No one smokes in my cars. Drivers window tint was peeling so I pulled it - its under warranty and I'll get around to having it redone imminently.

Car has 165,089 miles and counting as it is my daily.

[What the car needs]
Unfortunately it seems that the front differential is going bad. I think its due to me trying to get out of a spot during one of the recent snow storms. There is a nasty noise coming from it for about two months now, drives 100% the same as it did before but there's an obvious noise coming from the drivetrain upon deceleration. Not while maintaining or accelerating.

Could use rear rotors.

Could use JDM headlights, too

[Price]
$5,000 closer to stock but lets talk

[Trades]
I'm listen to trade offers that require money in either direction.

[Lowballers, Flakers]
Please, please do not waste my time...

[Pictures]
Please feel free to ask for pictures of anything you'd like to see. These were taken today and it had just started raining. I'll update with dry weather ones.

No thanks, leaning more toward selling - have a potential buyer coming from upstate NY this weekend...if I were getting a stock/boring car I'd get a cheap beater, thanks a lot though
