Default help with light wiring problem

PLEASE BARE WITH ME IT TAKES A LOT OF EXPLAINING BUT I WANT THIS TO BE FIXED SO PLEASE HELP ME

***prenote: i tried putting everything back to its original wiring and it still did not work correctly. 1990 civic hb***

ok, so let me explain everything from the beginning...

i wanted to turn my bumper lights into daytime running lights. so i bought the dual filament socket and wired the stuff together.

1st ATTEMPT: i had to mock wire everything before i started cutting wires to find out which wire would run where. in the process i blew a fuse(#8) for the constant corner lights/cluster lights/climate lights. i replaced it and continued...

after getting everything where it needed to be and i had the driver side bumper using the low filament to stay constant and the bright filament to be used for the blinker. i then noticed that even with the keys out and all of the lights turned off, the signal bulb in the corner was getting constant power so i decided to cut it and twist it up with the flash signal wire from the bumper harness and call it a day bc it started raining. well then it wouldnt keep the corners on and itd only blink when the bumper blinked(obviously bc thats the way i wired it)

2nd ATTEMPT: i wanted to make sure i did the passenger side right without cutting any wires first and no mess ups... especially after realizing that i could just add a male piece to the wires from the dual filament socket and hook it up to the original bumper harness for the flash signal. so the passenger side was done without a problem... but guess what... the corner signal on the passenger side is a constant power source all of a sudden and i didnt even touch the wire on that side

now... i WOULD prefer the corner lights to stay running but still manage to blink in sync with the bumper but it seems that the only way that the corner signal bulb could blink and stay is if there is some sort of switch/relay that makes it work by switching back and forth from the bumper flash being on and the corner signal off... and vise versa. SO, id be willing to sacrifice the same time blinker with a normal working corner signal bulb

i even tried changing out the hazard relay. so in the mean time i just keep the sockets out of the corner light so that it doesnt drain my battery having the light on all the time

cliffnotes:
i wired up these lights... everything works the way i wanted it to except the signal bulbs in the corners... which stay lit up even without the lights turned on. even when i didnt touch the wiring on this bulb on the passenger side. both bulbs were affected

the black boxes above the bumper lights are the original bumper plugs. the silver is the connection of wires. and the wires are naturally running through the normal wiring harness

everything is described in the page so the horrible mspaint diagram isnt even needed but it may help visualize it better
