ok. i have a mini me swap in my del sol.. long story short.

Go to fire up my car
cranks over starts for 3 seconds and shuts off
I check i have no spark at all
Take off the dizzy cap and it saturated with oil. (Like a pool of oil.)
look in the dizzy theres oil all up in there too.


I know its a dumb question but do you think that could be the reason for the no start.

Start by replacing the internal oil seal inside the distributor and cleaning it up.

 

is there a diagram i can look up for the oil seals??
