92 Accord, Installed Clifford Alarm and power door locks don't work correctly
I installed a Clifford Matrix 3.5 pager alarm in my 92 Accord, everything works but the power door locks. They work perfectly fine by using the stock switch, its the alarm button that does not work correctly.
I have the green wire hooked up to the black/white wire and the blue wire hooked up to the black/red wire, just like they are supposed to be.
The unlock feature works when you disarm the system, but when you arm the system the doors won't lock, you can hear a click from the actuators but they don't lock. Whats really weird is that if you open the drivers door, lock the doors, close the door, and then arm the system (with the doors locked) it unlocks them?? If you switch the wires around, the locks will unlock and lock just fine, but only backwards like you would expect with the wires backwards.
If I connect just the green wire, the doors lock, if I connect just the blue wire the doors unlock, connect them both and it doesn't work correctly.
I used a jumper wire and grounded out each door lock/unlock wire in the car with the alarm wires not connected and the door locks work like they are supposed to, which leads me to believe that something is weird with the alarm or its settings. Whats weird though is that I pulled this alarm out of my other car and it worked perfectly good.
What the heck is going on?

make sure the alarm is grounded properly, Also make sure the door is completey close on the driver side. Honda has a issues with the locks not working correclty if the driver door is open.
For the door to be all the way closed, the groudned switch just needs to be closed correct? Wouldn't the alarm not arm properly if it was not closed and the dome light still be on? Not having an issue with that.
Ground is good, everything else seems to work okay.
Also why do the door locks work when you reverse the wires? Yes they work opposite, unlocking when armed, and locking when unarmed but still they work.

Do you have a multi meter? I need you to test something out for me. Also the factory drive door has a anti lock out. So you don't lock yourself out of the car. You can't lock the door with it open or ajared.. I just wanted to make sure you were not trying to arm the car while the door was ajar. Also make sure you have the door lock plugged into the door lock plug and not the bitwritter port.
