issue with my 1998 civic has a b16a2 swap in it..my issue is i got to winde out first to grab another gear and the car just falls on its face wnt rev past like 4k and its in every gear try shuting the car off and restarting it and doesnt change...like it in limp mode...i have a cel for a idle fluctuation problem wondering if anyone else had same issues and what it mite be
