1991 honda accord surging Idle
my car is having a sever Idle problems (between 1000-2000rpms)
i have read over countless posts about the Ivac being bad.
ive tried leaving the car in Idle as i pull the plug on the ivac and for some reason it gets better.. instead wavering it stays at 2000rpms. now out of all the other posts, it does not mention anything about if it getting better.
Any Idea why this happened and if it is good or not?
please help. its urgent.

How is wavering at 2000 rpms better? That is actually worse. That means you have a vacuum leak somewhere. It should drop to around 500. You can put some water inside a spray bottle and spray a gentle mist around the intake manifold until you hear the rpm's drop and that should be the source of your leak.
Also, you can take off the iacv and there's a metal filter that is supposed to be clean. If it has dirt just use some throttle body cleaner and then spray inside a bit and let it run out until it starts coming out clean.
Make sure you do this when the valve is completely cold as doing it with it hot will have the throttle body cleaner swell up the seals inside and they will go bad and you'll have to get a replacement valve.
