Default good race wheel/tire size

Im in the market for a set of race rims and tires for my accord. I will be roadracing it and cant decide if i should get 16s or 17s, offset and width. Lowered on koni yellow and s2 springs.

Budget?

It is tough to beat $400 for '96 ITR's with like 205/50/15 on them. Incredibly light, look good, etc. They will clear NSX calipers on the Accord with ~3-5mm wheel spacer. I believe their weight is around 11lbs?

Hmm, true. I have not seen any before. The offsets fine for the accord?

With stock calipers and rotors there are absolutely no problems running them.
