is this diff then the one that comes on the hatch without rear disc brakes?

 

Yes. The Civics that have rear drum brakes are size 13/14 (smaller).

 

only problem is this booster came off a civic that was RHD...the hols for the brake lines should be on the left hand side..yours is on the right

 

There is no "problem" with the booster. It's the MC you're talking about, and it is RHD. I never even noticed that, good eye. The lines were braided and I guess that's why. Not sure if the stock steel ones will work without a little bending.
