Can someone tell me what these mean? Its been driving me crazy. I know its for the air, but on my old crx I am pretty sure there was a way to turn it off.

I couldn't make out the writing for the A/C controls because they're in a different form of Japanese writing that I'm unfamiliar with. I recognize a few characters from the panel on the door, but I couldn't quite make it all out. I emailed my Japanese teacher though, so I should have an answer for you in a day or so.

 

I've been wondering about those too, people have asked me what the ones on the door panels mean when they check out my EF8.

The climate control is more common without the japanese writing actually, just look up a picture of an english one, easy translation.

 

Picture 1:
Green kanji above slider= 自動= Automatic
The slider goes from = 切る...強い= light...strong

Green kanji button= 自動= Automatic
next kanji = 冷房= cool
next = 暖房= warm
