So as some of you know i have been on and off on selling this car for a while now. Everytime im about to get rid of it either something weird happens that makes the deal not possible or i simply had a change of hearts.

Now I have decided that its time for me to let go and move onto something different. As much as I Love the fact that this car has every creature comfort you could possibly ask for and on top of that is modded to an extent where it can take on just about every car you meet on the road is amazing. But I just want something different.

Alrite, now that i have finally accepted that its time for someone else to enjoy mi "negra" (yes that is her nickname and no you cannot change it or she will drop her transmission while ur doing 90 on the 5 north) I gotta let you know what its gonna take to make her yours.

First I will make this clear what i want more than anything is a nice car plus some cash. What car? I really am open to most everything, but my main priorities are that the car is daily drivable, full interior, has a/c or ability to easily be added, and if your car is tuned on e85 thats a HUGE plus. Ofcourse i love me some rwd turbo cars, but i also have alot of love for awd cars, and even a few naturally aspirated fwd cars might be considered if they amazing.
So to make things short, im open to just about everything that is clean and well REALLY GOOD.

I will also consider straight trades for the right car, and yeah sure why not.... feel free to make cash offers.

Ok now on to the car

The car is a 1997 BMW 540i, car has a clean title and i have pink in hand ready to go. Car passes smog LEGALLY at ANY smog shop, alot of money was invested into making sure the car was 100% smog legal yet performed up to par. All the legal stuff is sorted out no worries about that, you will be getting a car that is ready to drive no funny business.

The car possesses a 4.4L (PRE-VANOS FTW) Super charged V8
and a five-speed A5S 560Z automatic transmission.
both of which where rebuilt at about 30k miles ago.
Car wasnt boosted until about 20k miles ago, VF engineering kit was used.
This consists of the supercharged larger injectors, and the tune. They have been tweaking and messing with this kit for years, believe me when i tell you the tune and everything else is perfect. Feels like a stock car.
Its pretty much a stock engine, VERY reliable never has let me down.
at 7psi they claim it makes 410 hp at crank.
a 9 psi pulley can be purchased as well not sure what power they claim at this boost level, but at 7psi you really dont need much more unless you want a full blown race car.

Now the exterior/looks.... ALOT of money was put into this area...
Everything on the car is real/legit ac schnitzer no knockoffs. sideskirts,mirrors,spoiler,rear bumper, ebrake handle, 19inch rims..... everything is AC Schnitzer. To those who know this is ALOT of money.

As far as suspension mods there is nothing more than the AC Schnitzer springs..... nothing special just some good lowering springs, very comfortable and sporty ride, feels almost stock.

Brakes..... Brembo Big Brake kit, red calipers.

I.C.E..... All custom built fiberglass/wood system in trunk with one sub.
In the front you got alpine ipod compatible stereo (with all the belts and whistles) equalizer for bass on roof.. etc..... a very good QUALITY yet tame system, nothing insane no competition system here... just a VERY good quality daily system that never stops amazing me.

Now i am sure im forgetting a few things... also i dont feel like making a list of every single penny that was dumped into this car.... so there a ballpark of about $40k in parts thrown into this thing.... plus all the labor, time, blood, sweat, and other stressful moments that came along with making this car what it is today.

just gave her a nice soapy and refreshing shower and she looks great, she runs great, and smells great.....

I honestly have no idea how NO ONE has picked up this e39.... honestly whens the last time you saw a e39 in such minty condition?
On top of that totally loaded with REAL ACS body parts and rims, and beautiful brembos that stop on a dime? this car honestly has it all......
The amount of time and money that went into this car is stupid.

Some one buy this thing already.... i need money for school.

If you are offering straight cash i am willing to negotiate a good price, maybe even keep some parts to tweak the price to some thing that suits you.

But dont forget i would LOVE to get a nice car (could be anything really as long as it has AC and is daily-able) plus some cash...

MIGHT take straight trades, but only for something that i fall in love with.
