Default Whats a good OBD II scanner?

Just looking around for a decent to good OBD II scanner...I would like one where it would clear the CEL as well, and display the code translation. Im clueless about these things so any help is apreciated! Any suggestions? thanks in advance!

If you are a DIY'er I suggest this one

Relatively cheap, provides decent information, and can be purchased at your local Autoparts store. If you are not a DIY'er, well then what you REALLY intend to do with the scanner should determine what you want to spend, as well as what product you repair most often.
