A 1" master cylinder is not the correct size for SiR front brakes. The 1" master is only used on cars with an ABS modulator to overboost your foot power and lock the wheels easier (not a good thing on non-ABS cars). If it's really a SiR-II front brake setup from a NON ABS SiR-II, you will only need the following:

92-95 Civic EX NON-ABS Coupe 7/8" Master cylinder (46100-SR3-913). This will bolt directly to your stock Booster and is the proper size for those front calipers.

Calipers should say Nissin and 16CL-14VN on them or something like that. If they say 17CL-14VN, they are from an ABS model Civic or an Integra. These calipers have a larger piston (not a good thing BTW for stopping distance BTW) which also requires a little bit larger master cylinder. For the ABS calipers you would need the 15/16" master cylinder from the 91 Civic EX Sedan (46100-SH4-A11). This will bolt directly onto your stock booster and is the only model/trim/year that is a direct fit.

Sell your 1inch master cylinder. Which, by the way, is not an "ITR" part. All ABS integra have that same master cylinder. Hope it didn't cost you extra cause they claimed it was an ITR part.
