Default whats wrong with my tranny?!?!

got a 94 stickshift gsr with a transmission problem i believe. When im driving in 1st or 2nd gear and let go of the gas, my car makes a drag noise. In 3rd, 4th and 5th gear isn't so bad,. It only happens when i let go of the gas pedal while driving. It doesn't do it in neutral, only in gears. Normally in any manual cars, when you let go of the gas while driving, it rolls freely and smoothly then slows down, but in my car, it makes a raspy sound like something is being dragged, im guessing its a bearing or flywheel? No pops or grinds. Let me know what you guys think
Thanks.

sounds like there is no fluid in your transmission.

best thing to do is to replace the fluid and find where it is leaking from.

then you'll need to take it to someone who can correctly diagnose the damage.
