Moarr blinker fluid... But no for real check the fuses and follow the wiring.. If none of that it may be something in the switch. Theres not really to much to the light system should be somewhat easy to trace.

I had that happen on an old nova, 20 years ago. It ended up being a poor ground on the light that didn't work right. Take a short piece of wire and check out each bulb with the blinker on. Once you find the bad socket, you may have to attach a better ground.
