my gfs 92 civic is puffing out white smoke alot out exhaust and radiator overfill. when she purchsed car it started 2 overheat but shut it off before it did i replaced thermostat and re wired fan cuz it didnt work. but the radiator had alot of water inn it when she bought it , but it recently started smoking alot like its a fog machine behind car and its very rich sweet smelling , is it head gasket

 

Yup. Most likely.

 

x2 sounds like a head gasket. do a leak down test to be sure. A kit is like $40 from harbor freight and there is an awesome break down on this forum on how to perform one step by step with pics.
