Rota make a copy of the mugen RNR
my god
I mean it's good that they do this to a certain extent but damn
it's like the spoons everybody has them and it makes them played out
no uniqueness whatsoever

its kool, its not like they put mugen logos on it. ppl will get it because they like the look of them. ppl that use them for what they are intended for will get the mugens because they are forged and a lot stronger. if you going for looks get the rotas. if your into performance get some real rims.
so what? you think you are unique because you paid $1700 more for just the rims? i think that competition only leads to better prices and more options for the customer. i would love to have real MF-8's, but i have no problem knowing that i paid $300 for my Rota Circuit 8's.
would you be saying the same thing because skunk2 made a cam that replicates (if not betters) the jun3's????
probably not, because performance matters, and so does price. i am not proud. i would love to say that i have jun 3's, but having a very similar cam at a third of the price doesn't bother me at all.
be glad rota is copying respectable wheels, and the days of kung fu kamakazi body kit matching wheels is hopefully dying.

i would be glad if they could make their own wheel for once.
this debate is soooo, tired. how bout this. people who own the originals=be happy you have them. obviously paid extra for the r&d design, and quality(and the name, i'm not gonna lie). people who have rota/obx/adr/konig=be happy real companies design these things so copycats can steal the designs. but, you did pay way less for a good looking functional wheel. if you're cool with running it, hooray!
DON'T talk **** about the original though. without it you wouldn't have yours.
