Default Headlight Seal Condensation...

Hey whattup everyone,

So my right front headlight has been having some issues lately, I've replaced 2 headlight bulbs for it in a 12 month span. Then, yesterday I noticed condensation INSIDE the headlight.

I found the headlight seal hanging loose. Went to Pepboys to see if they have seals for it, BUT NOTHING.

Any tips on what to do dudes?

THanks

take it off put it in the oven at 225 degrees for 8-10 mins. pull it out, with gloves on of course and very carefully pry it apart with a screw driver. You may need to put it back in the oven 3-4 more times but dont rush the prying if you do the lens will crack. The second and third time it goes back in the oven no more than 6 mins. once apart, clean the inside out and seal back up using a thin bead of clear RTV. Ive done this on del sol corners, civic corners, and a totota tacoma headlight and it worked great. JUST MAKE SURE NOT TO RUSH THE PRYING and you will be fine.

Drying out mine only lasted till the next rain. Went online bought a New headlight assembly delivered to my door for under $50. Took 15 min to install it. Done Deal.
