Enterior is in very good condition Very clean, no rips, tears, burns, etc. Driver side is beginning to show slight wear but nothing serious

Climate control (AC blows cold, and Heat blows nice and toasty)

Mechanicals
Recent Front Ceramic Brake Pads
Rear Brake pads still have good life
Suspension is still nice and firm
Engine runs strong, no burning, leaking, etc
Transmission shifts perfect no grinds
Clutch grabs perfectly also (Bought the car from a dealer at 114K miles and they stated clutch was replaced by them)

Maintenance:
Anally retentive about scheduled maintenance,
OEM Filters/Fluid (Trans/Brake Fluids) and she's only gotten Vavoline Max Life Oil in all of my ownership of her. I'll include a few Honda OEM oil filters to the buyer also as my gift to you.

Extras:
Comptech Cold Air Intake
Heel Toe 2.75" TP (purchased and installed less than a year ago)

Issues:
Car is throwing a CEL for secondary O2 (b/c the TP, I have an O2 Sim that I haven't had a chance to install yet (it's cold outside), will include)
Tires should be replaced within the next couple thousand miles
Passenger side rear wheel bearing just started humming recently
Was rear ended in 2009 but the car was repaired through Acura of Libertyville and no residual affects from the accident.

I love this car, and originally I had planned on swapping a J32 Swap but the stock motor runs strong and now I'm older and my interests have changed a bit, fishing is my thing now so I am in the market for an 03-07 Pilot (no trades please) That's the only reason why I am selling my TSX. Otherwise I would keep her and do my J32 swap down the road. VIN will be provided to serious buyers with cash in hand, face to face transaction. Please don't lowball me b/c I will post your BS offer on this thread so I and others can laugh at you. I know what my car is worth and my asking price reflects the minor issues. I'm semi negotiable but within reason. With that... my asking price for the car is..... dah dah dah dah.... $7200.00

Im interested; however I'd like to see the interior and engine bay. Also,are there any pics of the rear end collision? I'd like to know how bad the hit was. having bearing noise from the rear after the accident makes me nervous.
