I am gonna the swap the d15 out of the del sol and put in a b18b i WILL be putting a turbo on it and just wanted to know how this would handle 15psi and does this engine stand any chance against b18c's. I heard after a certain amount of boost the vtec is worthless. Also will the low redline have a major affect on performance?

15psi on what turbo? Can't help you without that. What horsepower you planning to run at? It sounds like you really have no clue when it comes to boosted setups. My advice is to go to the Forced Induction forum and read the FAQ there.

Well i want to stay in the 250-325 hp range and im still trying to find the right turbo. And it will be my DD.

 

Do some more reading. Look at others build threads with similar power. What you're asking isn't new.

At this point you're no where NEAR ready to boost anything.
