Default Ceramic coated or stainless steel headers???

I'm trying to decide on the type of headers i wanna get for my 06 TSX AT. I've heard of the ceramic coated and the stainless steel type. Which would be better to have installed for in the long run of having this car? And any specific brands well known for their headers and performance output for the car? Preferrably ones that dont rattle, unless theres a way to fix that problem. Thanks
