Default Trailing Arm bushings '91 Civic

Is there a Honda spec somewhere on how the bushings are to be installed. I've seen several posts that use a ruler to trace a line on the control arm the then align the new bushing using that line. However, that's not possbile in my situation as both bushings were not even pressed into the holes. The Honda OEM part has an arrow and the arm has a blue dot. Are these used to align? Thanks!

Tim,

Are you lowered or at stock height?

I'm at stock height. Problem is the bushings weren't even in. The trailing arm was just flopping around. I can't put the car on the ground because the bushing is not installed.
Thanks, Tim

If I can today I'll take a picture of a stock TA and post it up for you. I have some laying in the shop.

You mark the trailing arm where the arrow is on the bushing and press them out then press the new ones in (lining the arrow up with the previously made mark) with a 10-12mm height from the recessed portion of the front side of the trailing arm.
