So I went to drive my car this morning..... and as I put it in first gear and try to drive off, it feels like the hand brake is stuck.

The lever is down though, and I open the door, look as I gas it, and the back wheels arent moving!


Is this common? How do I fix this?


Edit: After some searching, I think the rear brakes may have frozen? Maybe hitting it with a hammer may help after taking off the rim?
