Default 96 civic hx with 93 b18a1

ok so i bought a 96 civic hx coupe with a 93 integra b18a1, i want this car to run right it currently has the b18a1 ecu with the "jumper mod" and obviously it is not gonna pass smog here in NC... what do i have to do and how much is it gonna be roughly. i searched and found something about 96-99 integra ecu p75 which would swithch it back obd2 and and smog check scan tool will be able to at least connect to it thus possibly passing smog... please help with any info if anyone else hg ad akready been in my shoes.

If the B18A is in fact a 93 model and installed correctly, all that will be needed is a 96-99 LS (P75) ECU, and depending on how strict your smog laws are, a 96+ LS intake manifold (has purge/emissions solenoid on top of manifold)

it appears to be a backyard swap since its not the best wiring. but at least motor and tranny are in which seems to be half the battle. now just need it running right and smog legal. i also heard once i do the p75 swap im gonna get cel codes for sensors a p75 would have that b18a1 doesnt like oil pump sensor any other sensor i should be aware of and how to fix
