how much does it cost to paint your engine bay
You realize you probably need to ask this in the Regional forums? You are going to get different answers depending on what part of the country people live in. Best to take it somewhere and get MORE THAN one estimate to see if they are consistent. Maybe half a dozen to get a well rounded idea.
A lot of people I know just paint their engine bays themselves and have had them come out really nice. It will cost way less than having it professionally done but if you follow the proper steps can look really nice. I plan on painting my engine bay myself. But if you take it to Maaco, I know they paint complete cars for cheap. So just an engine bay should not be bad.

BTW: is this for a shell or are all the parts in the bay still?
you could paint blind folded and do a better job than maaco can. If you care about your car you will stay far away from that place. Anyways, i agree wit the rest of this qoute, if you have the time just do it yourself, it'll cost ALOT less.

Have you ever even used maaco or are you just talking out of your *** based on forums hearsay?
Maaco paint jobs very from each one. Check the work your local one does and go from there
