I picked up 2000 front bumper headlights hood and fender this weekend, I read I need radiator support or something? Guy said I could come back and get if I need but exactly what am I taking off, it all looks welded, someone have pic of what I need to remove? My case 98 civic lx

 

if you grind off the welds you can bolt it back on to yours

 

The radiator support is tacked in place. You would have to drill out the tacks in order to remove it. You would have to do the same to your car and reweld the replacement one in place. You don't need a pic, just take off the entire metal piece that sits infront of the car where the radiator mounts.

 

if you grind off the welds. there are holes that you can use to bolt it back on. but when you do you should still weld it

 

if you are going from a 98 to 00 you dont have to swap the radiator support just put the new front end on that is all i had to do except trim the bumper a lil bit
