code 15- car still runs

code 15- car still runs

what could cause this prob? i know it has something to do with ignition, but i saw someone who said something about loose spark plug wires could also cause this??????? ive only seen it once and it was at high speed while ~7800 rpm

My friends car is doin the same thing. its blinkin 15 times. how does he fix it does anyone know?
