So I recently bought a 1995 GS-R.. but i noticed the interior lighting for my heater buttons sometimes want to work and sometimes don't. But now my left blinker just wants to stay on when i turn my lights on. it doesnt flash. it just stays on..

You have a short in the combination switch or the wire(s) leading to it. Check for a loose connector then check the wires.

I would check dash harness grounds.

If the left signal light, [blinker] only stays on when park/head lights are on check the tail light ground and tail/signal light dual filament bulbs, you can unplug the tail lights and if problem goes away the problem is in the tail lights.

Question, when the left signal light indicator, [in cluster] is on, are the front and rear left signal lights on, including left front side marker, and again is it only on when park/head lights are on? 94

 

When i turn the parking lights on the signal stays on to. The front signals light up too but they don't flash. I am missing two bulbs on each side on my front corners. There's supposed to be 2 bulbs in each unit. i bought the car with the side bulbs broken because there is water in the unit, so i need to order new corners. they working fine for a week..
From the back it stays lit up with my tail lights. When i turn on my headlights theres no difference. But when all lights are off and i use the left turn signal my dash lights flash with it along with my tail lights just like in the video

 

Also check every fuse. Strange things happen sometimes when the power starts to take alternate paths through circuits that share a common ground. It can seem like you have a poltergeist.

 

I think i figured it out. I went to put new corners on and the bulb thats in there was being weird. When i would lock it into place is when it wouldnt flash at all. im going try buying new bulbs
