whats up HT my buddy recently got a stage one clutch for his 91 civic Si..the only thing is we dont know how to change the throwout bearing for the cable trannys.. can anyone help us with how to do it? ive searched all over and ive found nothing

 

how to remove release bearing and fork

1.remove the transaxle from the vehicle

2.remove the bolt which attaches the release bearing fork to the release shaft and slide the shaft out of the transaxle housing to free the release bearing

3.slide the bearing and fork off the transaxle input shaft. to separate the bearing from the fork, pull the spring ends out, disengaging them from the slots in the bearing locating tabs
