broke middle bolt that holds fuel rail--HELP
Ok so my fuel injectors were leaking so I tightened the bolts on the fuel rail really tight. Then the next day i decided to get new injectors and when putting the nuts back on the fuel rail the middle bolt that holds the fuel rail on snapped off...how do I put a new bolt on there?
how did you fix it, I had the same thing happen on my 21 Type R replacing the injectors. The middle bold broke off from over torquing I was able to remove it and replace it though right after the far left stud with the 10mm nut was then over torqued and caused a stress crack I can now feel in the stud if I were to keep turning I知 sure it would snap off, everything else is torqued down do you think the outter stud will cause leaks now or will it be ok? I知 not sure how to replace that fixed stud I値l have to see if it痴 welded on or threaded? Hmm 🤔

The proper fix will be to extract the broken bolts / studs and replace them. When you say stress crack, did you crack the threaded hole in the head, or the stud? I'm not overly familiar with the K20C1 engines, but my guess is that it's threaded.
