Default 95 integra door locks help prequired

So my integra door locks work but they are SO rusted and old.
long story short i put the key in and almost break it off turning it to lock/unlock the door.

what do i need to replace here to get them working properly.

a shop told me the white pieces on the door where it hooks.
another shop told me the door lock cylinder.
another shop told me the entire system.

anybody know much about this and or how much roughly this will cost?

I replaced the door handle on a 2-door '96 recently, swapping the lock to the new handle. The whole thing took maybe an hour (never done it before).

You can pull the lock, take it to a local locksmith, and get it cleaned up. I doubt the smith would charge you much to pull it apart, clean it, and put it back together.

If it's the door latch/assy, pull the inside panel and hit it with some light grease or decent oil. I'd start there, then hit the locksmith.
