I have 2000 GSR. Unfortunately, when I bought the car a couple years ago, the previous owner had installed a POS Code Alarm unit (model: Pro 300). It has this feature where it automatically arms itself after 1 min. after you shut off the engine. So if you don't exit the car within 1 min., when you open the door to get out, it sets the alarm off! It's driving me crazy! I've searched online and tried to contact code-alarm, but there's no way to get in touch with them. Has anyone had any experience with code-alarm and know how to disable this stupid auto-arm feature?
