Vibration in P and R but not D4

Vibration in P and R but not D4
My 98 crv vibrates in Park and Reverse and the vibration completely dissapears in Drive or D4. Having my car parked I shifted gears and in D4 there is no vibration at all, but it shakes when I shifted to Park or Reverse. Any idea.
