U think they might have put the wrong springs on it cause they say there should be good adjustability in that setup.
With that budget, without a doubt get koni and ground control.
Also, put the "h2b = extra weight" argument to the side. It's a fallacy.
AT THE MOST an h22 engine block might weigh 25-30lbs more than a b-series. And about 40lbs more than a d-series.'
If it's that big of a deal, relocate your battery.
Don't put stupid high rates on the front to compensate for negligible weight gain.
OTS rates would be fine.

But I definitely agree on Koni/GC. THM has some good folks there.
B Block 104
D Block 100
That is just for the short block.
H trans- 96
B trans- 90
There is a deffinet increase, but It really isn't as high as people say it is. Add on im, header and everything else. It still isn't that large of a difference.
^ doesn't the way the H mounts in a civic put that weight further forward which is whats causes the difference and less so the actual weight increase, just asking I have no H series experience
If you are mounting an h22 with an h22 transmission that is typically the case. It is a mild concern that is often negated now with the development of the h2b kit. The h2b kits makes it such that I see no reason to do an old fashioned h22 swap with the cable shifter.
At the last HT meet, there a eg that a h22 swap. It was tilted so far forward, and sat so heigh they had to trim for the mani and valve cover to fit. Looked discusting, and undoubtably put the axles at horrible angles....
I'm looking for head weights of each motor, just for a little extra info.
The h2b in contrast sits "correctly" in the engine bay. Negating the axle issues as the b-series transmission sits in the same place a normal b-series swap does. Thus negating some of the handling issues.
Also the hood closes. Depending on which kit you use for the eg, but it's not a problem in 96-00 civics.
