I need to get a new trans for my 99 accord. It has the 01 4cyl motor in it though. Which years would be compatible? Where could I find a good used one? I found a new rebuilt one on ebay for $795 with a 2 year warranty. Install is going to be $250..

btw do the civic trans's fit?

 

I believe it is the 98-02s are the same.
Doubtful. Even if the case was the same, the gear ratios would be different, and I do not think that the torque capacity would be the same either.
