alright well i just got my car back(eg civic) after being stolen and it has
the usual broken ignition housing.

the car steers fine and i just got an alignment recently but for some odd reason
everytime i turn left or right the steering wheel does return to centered position.

do i need a new rack? steering wheel? column?

any info helps..
need to get this fixed asap
