if i wanted to ship a rear end of a japanese car from over their what would be my first step?

Step one, choose the other end of the car...You have a Honda Civic which is FWD!!! Meaning unless you want to import an empty trunk, it's best to start at the engine side of the car.

anything shipped from japan costs an arm and a leg... i just recently got some jdm del sol floor mats the shipping alone for that was about 65 dollars. imagine how much it would cost for a rear bumper, probably 3 times that amount
