I just purchased a 92 Civic LX/4dr./auto for a project. It has 80K miles and has been sitting for a year, with about 1/8 tank of gas in it. I think I know what to clean up to get it running but I'm open for some other experience tips

After a battery replacement, the motor cranks but it doesn't seem to be getting fuel up front. I'm expecting to have to drain the gas tank, clean or replace the fuel pump and filter. After that, what is the best way to clean the fuel line from front to rear?

I think I need to change out the distributor cap, and rotor, which seemed a bit corroded. Should I change the spark igniter as well?

Also, I noticed oil all over at least one spark plug when I pulled to look for spark, so I'll replace the plugs too. I'm guessing that this is due to dried out o-rings in the tube letting oil by? I plan to replace them and the valve cover gasket.

Is there anything else I should look for?
