5th Gen Lude bushing help
I need to replace worn bushings. Like everyone else I'm on a budget so I'd rather not pay for a master set (OEM or aftermarket) and then pay for full installation.
I would rather replace the bushings that will make a noticeable improvement.
Can anyone offer an answer or suggestion?
Thx

Answer: a helms, some friends with tools, and some six packs...because you'll owe them.
Bushings and shop time get expensive real quick man. You can get an aftermarket master set of bushings for less then $200 which is not bad. It gets real difficult to only find "certain bushings" without going OEM...which in turn will cost you $200 right there. (most likely)
Do yourself a great favor, and do it right the first time AB. Get a decent master set of bushings, and call around to a shop that knows what they're doing, so the job goes as quickly and fairly possible. This may not be the answer your looking for...but its the truth and I promise you that.
Good Luck
