LS-VTEC-TURBO-EF9 - Honda-Tech
GSR_BOOST_DC@yahoo.com email and paypal addy
ITEM: Strange Engineering Drag Suspension
Price: $800
I cant exactly call him a "scammer" b.c. i got the parts but he sent me a garbage set of rear struts.
They were beyond slightly used as he described them. They were leaking fluid every where, when i recieved them he had them wrapped in sceran wrap to prevent the oil from contaminating the box. thats how bad they were leaking.
When i told him that they were blown and i would like to do something about it he completly refused to do anything for me.
I even offered to pay shipping back to him for my money back he refused.
I then asked for $300 back to pay for the rebuild of the rear stuts by Strange Engineering, he again refused.
I currently have an open case against him through paypal..
So buyers beware he has no integrity.
UPDATE::
Paypal ruled in my favor as I suspected they would, although they ruled in the way of a complete refund once I sent them the struts back, but in the interest of time I really just wanted to be compensated for the rebuild costs.
So I let him know Paypal ruled in my favor and asked him once again to make a deal with me and just give me $200 and I would eat the rest. He refused and would only agree to give me $100. After much deliberation I just gave up and said fine send the money and Ill close the claim. Well,... his account was locked until I would close them claim. So I ended up in a position where I had to trust that once I closed the claim he would pay up.
MUCH to my suprise about 5 minutes later I recieved it..
So Idk if I will ever deal with him again but he could have just stiffed me again and wasted alot more of my time.
so I guess props to him for that... but still the struts were OBVIOUSLY completely blown and he sold them as "like new"..

FYI, Paypal sucks dick, and I do not recommend going through them. I bought a hat, along with a few other items, about $125 worth, and they said it was small claim and closed it. So I had to wait a month for my credit card company to refund... And they take out garbage fees... But in your case, you could try them, your bank/credit card company, and even a civil suit... Hope it works out.
