Default Both tires sit forward in the wheel well?

I've had a 90 crx hf with an etd traction bar for a few months and my front two tires sit way forward in the wheel well. I would say a bent lower control arm, but both sides to be bent? My steerings pretty ****ed, so I'm guessing maybe the inner and outer tie rods? Need to eventually replace my upper and lower balljoints too, but that wouldnt do this would it?

THanks for any info

Lengthen the radius rods.

If you have an alignment sheet, check the caster. It would let you know if the radius rods are doing it or not.

So loosen the locking nuts and adjust it on the ground or in the air?

Have you had an alignment since you put it on? If not, you need to at least have an alignment check done, the mechanic should be able to tell you if it needs anything. If you've smacked a curb or something, I would suggest getting your alignment done at a body shop that has an in house alignment machine. This way you'll get a mechanic that's used to dealing with post accident repairs.
