Icon3 help blown head gasket

okay sorry didnt know were to post here go's blew head gasket so water in my motor when i pulled my head out it was really milky brown like burger king milk choco milk shake brown question that gets me what oil do i use to get the water out went out to advance and bought thick 20/50 oil 10 quarts (income tax money came in yeehhhh! lol) i was told go drain the milky oil then replace the oil filter then perform the oil change 2 or 3 times . now will they remove all the water if i do all that(took my head to the machine shop to get it refurnished lmk thanks

You should be fine with 3-4 flushes. I hope you cleaned as much of it as possible when you had the cylinder head off.
Did you inspect any of the rocker levers and cam for abnormal wear?

ok great i got another head that i had in my shed im going to take it to the machine shop and get it refurnished
