hey I am thinking to purchase a 1982 honda xl500r. Are those things street legal? The guy is selling it with just bill of sale.
BTW are those bikes ptetty good for street(if their legal) and light offroad?

Laws vary state to state. Here in UT, if you can throw lights, a horn and signals on it, it'll pass and be street legal. That goes for two strokes, too.
