Cheap mount and balance shop

Anyone know a place to get your tires mounted an balanced? In orange county area. Does it cost more to dismount from 1 set of rims and mount to another?

Just look for the local tireshops (Ma n Pa type).

shouldn't be more than 15$ a wheel compared to pepboys or any other mainstream store which charges like 40-80$.
