Question About 2000-2001 P75 LS ECU

Default Question About 2000-2001 P75 LS ECU

Ok I Have A 2000 EM1. And For People That Don't Know What A EM1 Is It's A SI. Ok My Question Is I Need A LS ECU. And I Know That DC's Have The Immobilizer. But I Was Wondering If Anyone Out There Has Put a LS ECU In There OBD2B Civic's. So Any Help Will Be Great!!!!!

You have to remove the immobilizer and repin A16 to A15 for the fuel pump to work.

So Where Is The Immobilizer At??? Because I Have No Idea Bro.

It's a small upright board in the ECU, if you google you should be able to find some pics. Be aware the removing the immobilizer will allow you to start the car, however it will throw a constant CEL for bad ECU and your car wont pass emissions testing if you have it in your state. Also you'll have to let the fuel pump prime before you start the vehicle. You can have the immobilizer removed and replaced with a dummy unit to prevent this, H-T user Katman used to offer this service for around $100 IIRC, PM him if you want more info. Otherwise use an OBD2A P75 and a jumper harness.
