Default Honda Civic '99 problem

Hi guys im new here and my english aint that good so I hope you understand what im trying to say

There are a few problems.

1. My honda civic b16 consumes too much fuel, avarage driving without useing the vtec too much it consumes 14L/100km witch if im correct is about 33 MPG. I recently scanned the computer of the car becouse I thought the oxygen sensor didnt work, they found nothing after scanning the computer.

2. After filling the radiator reservoir it gets empty just after a few days. (Just filling it to the max line ofc.)

3. Just a few days ago the car suddenly stalled but it started again, this happened a few times while driving home. It stalls when in low rpm and most if the time when im moving from a full stop, but also when on low speeds like when going over a speedbump. After this happened I parked the car for a few days becouse I didnt want to drive it in the condition and when I was going to move it to a friends garage we had to push it to be able to start the engine. Also when I try to keep the car running when it´s about to stall I push the gas but it´s like there is no response.

4. Vtec has stopped working.

So does anyone have any suggestions?

1. Sounds about right.
2. Headgasket? Do a compression test.
3. Not sure about this one. When was your last complete tune up? Maybe the ICM?

Yes I also thought that the headgasket was the problem.

I bought the car a few monthes ago and im not sure about the last complete tune up, the engine in the car was swapped some time ago, 1.4 boddy with 1.6 engine. Nos was installed in the car a few years ago.

Also while im driving when it´s wet, damp or snow the car seems to loose some power, doesnt respond as it should when I give it more gas.
