crx question

i have a 88crx si with a b16a2 block and a b18a1 head. i need to know if i can use an obd1 alternator on it instead of obd0 and without changing the wire?

I do believe your crx uses the older obd0 style plug, same as the one found on 90-91 integra's. To use a newer obdI alternator, you would have to change your plug to the newer style

maybe so, but that has nothing to do with the alternator

lol WTF is what i said when the car was givin to me. but runs just fine once i get enough money im gonna get the right head and have the block machined. my car used to be turbo'd the way the motor is now.
