Element Transmission Swap

Is there a transmission (6speed would be sweet) in the Honda, Acura world that can be swapped directly into a 07 Element with a manual 5 speed? I'm thinking TSX or Civic Si?

somebody from hondasuv.com made a 6speed gen.2 crv.. you might wanna
search it there for a reference....
